The Plus Bus Boutique aims to take the shame out of shopping and creates an experience unparalleled to any other in Los Angeles and probably the world.
The painful experiences we had as plus size children and teens (let's face it AND AS ADULTS) searching malls high and low for anything that would help us express our style inspired us to offer sustainable and fashionable plus size options IRL. We were tired of not having a space where fatness is centered and you can actually try things on.
When someone walks into our boutique it is our goal to help them have the best shopping experience they have ever had.
We want people to shop to dress the skin they’re in and discourage shopping just because it fits… We want to help people express their personal style no matter their size.
I made it back to the West Coast and my first and favorite stop is The Plus Bus!!! I have only been there one other time, but the staff remembered me. Everyone is so welcoming and positive. The staff pulled beautiful items in my size that I never would have picked for myself and they fit me like a glove. I got beautiful and unique pieces that I could never find in my suburban town. I can't say enough amazing things about this shop.

I absolutely love this super cute and inclusive store located in downtown Highland Park. It is such a safe space and so positive and has some great spots for all the selfies while trying on the cutest clothes Highly recommend checking them out!

The pieces pulled for me ahead of time matched the vibe I was looking for, and I got to go on a little tour of the store to add other things to my cart as well.
